Casey J. Rahn joined the law offices of Grae & Grae, LLC in 2023, and has committed his practice to servicing all public and private sector construction managers, general contractors, and subcontractors operating in and throughout the New York/Tri-State area. Mr. Rahn has represented owners, developers, construction managers, general contractors, and subcontractors in both transactional and litigation capacities, throughout all stages of commercial, residential, and infrastructure development. Mr. Rahn handles a variety of construction-related matters, including defective work claims, delay/acceleration impact assessments, contractor default and damages evaluation, extra-work and wrongful termination claims, mechanic’s lien foreclosures, administrative violations; and contract interpretation, drafting, and negotiation. Mr. Rahn has previously implemented internal compliance programs, investigative reviews, and crisis management planning and response initiatives for construction clients in the white collar criminal and regulatory compliance space.

Prior to joining Grae & Grae, Mr. Rahn served as a litigation associate with Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. and Peckar & Abramson, P.C., dedicating the entirety of his career to complex construction litigation. Mr. Rahn graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst prior to pursuing his legal education at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While at Cardozo, Mr. Rahn served as a Staff Editor and Managing Editor of the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law.

Mr. Rahn was named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star: Construction Litigation in 2023.
